RETURNS

Because all of our products are custom-printed to order, we generally do not accept returns for:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Ordering the wrong size or color
• Accidental orders
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.

REFUNDS

• Damaged/Defective Items: Please contact us at info@tropicofsaturn.com or use our contact page, https://tropicofsaturn.com/pages/contact/ within 48 hours of receiving your goods so we can find a solution. We cover the cost of return/replacement shipping for items confirmed as damaged or incorrect.

• Approved Cases: If your claim is approved, we will either issue a replacement product or a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow within 2-weeks for return processing and shipping of replacement product.

• Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds are not available for reasons outside our control, such as shipping delays caused by carriers or customs.
